Prayers for Gary Shreck and family

Gary has been diagnosed with cancer in his throat and mouth. He will likely have surgery to remove the cancer which is a slow-growth carcinoma. His doctors feel they should be able to remove most, if not all of the cancer surgically. The possibility remains that he will need radiation treatment. Please keep Gary and Paulette in your thoughts and prayers. Please remember Brett, Garrick, Tiffany, and their families. Gary has taken many of our alumni to Europe, he has presided as many of us have gotten married, he has served as Delta's primary sponsor for the past 9 years, he has opened his home to our alumni for breakfast at Homecoming, and he is a true friend to all of us. This is his 3rd bout with cancer and he's proving to be a pretty tough old man. Send him a card when you get a chance. You might include a photocopy of your thumb if you really want to make him smile.

2nd Tuesday of June

We had a great turnout last night at the Edmond sweatlodge errrrrr.... BG Bolton's. Our private room was great except for the fact that the A/C was out. I tried to call Disco to come and fix it for us but must have been screened.

The alumni I saw there were Rick Judd, Josh Brookshire, Brad Witherspoon, Ryan Witherspoon(with a nicely trimmed new wig), Jimmy Arter, David Brown, Matt Watson, Dr. Marc Arledge, Dr. Garrick Shreck, Dr. Matt Dowell, Johnny Cromling, and Jason Francis. If I missed anyone, let me know and I will add you in there.

It was a good time with great food but a little steamy. Hope to see more of you there in JULY!
